This recipe for a Stuffed Sliders with hot Habanero Cheddar Cheese
and Bacon is the BEST!
The burger is
extra juicy and flavorful because it is soaked in Worcestershire sauce prior
to
grilling.
Perfect for Memorial Day!!
Ingredients
· 8 oz. Hot Habanero Cheddar Cheese (crumbled or cut into small cubes) (can
substitute with a milder cheese)
· 5 pieces Cooked Bacon
· 1 lb. 80/20 Ground Beef
· 2-4 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
· 5 Slider Rolls
Grilling Directions
1.
Take
3 oz. of ground beef and place it in the palm of your hand. Using your other
hand flatten it out.
2.
Then
using your fingers slowly curl your hand up into a cup or bowl shape. Take a
lot of cheese and crumbled bacon and fill that meat "bowl."
3.
Trust
me; you want to overfill this Slider. It may seem like too much but you will be
rewarded with each bite. The goal when you stuff a burger or a slider should be
that each bite gets some of the stuffing.
4.
Seal
the top and form it into a neat slider patty. Be sure it is sealed well.
5.
Repeat
4 more times.
6.
Pour
Worcestershire sauce all over the uncooked slider patties. (Can be made ahead and refrigerated at this point.)
7.
Grill
sliders over medium or medium high heat.
8. Place on Slider Rolls and serve. Don’t
forget to toast the Buns…
